We leave Kefalonia with the aim of going south and around the Peleponese bound for the Aegean!

En route there will be navigational routing, weather planning and resource management tasks to perform.  If conditions suit we will add in a 24 hour passage to include watches and night sailing. This is a great trip for gaining the experience of doing multi-day passages. 

With potential stops to see the ancient site of Olympia, the fortress town of Monemvasia and the amphitheatre of Epidavros you have the chance to enjoy the history of the ancient world.

Once we are sailing int he Aegean there are plentiful little marinas and anchorages to enjoy the last of the season’s sunshine and Greek hospitality.

As we are sailing together, we have a fantastic opportunity to build sailing skills, confidence in manoeuvres and skippering knowledge.  If you are happy to try, you can experience a day or two as acting-skipper, making the sailing and operational decisions that matter for that leg.

Ideal for anyone who has been on a yacht for a training course before, it will seem like a walk in the park.  In particular it offers to expand on the Day Skipper knowledge you gained with definite elements of Coastal Skipper on passage.
